Great Value, Authentic Experience

I found the location convenient with several konbini stores nearby (family mart is just across the street). The hotel provides a kitchen and common area on the first floor. Kenta Suzuki at the front desk helped me with directions to the airport. The train station is also within walking distance.
The air conditioning started slowly, but it worked well afterwards.

My room included a tatami style sleeping mat and a cushion. The minimalistic 'shikibuton' style was comfortable. The room had a floor desk, and air conditioning was available and controllable.

The hotel offered clean shared bathrooms. Showers and toilets are on separate floors. Heated toilet seats were a welcome amenity. Vending machines provided easy access to drinks.

i appreciated the easy check-in and check-out. the location felt very quiet and not touristy, though it was close to asakusa. taking the bus right outside the hotel was convenient, i found convenience stores very nearby. the staff was very helpful!
the water temperature in the showers proved quite temperamental. it was either freezing cold or too hot to breathe easily. i hope they fix it soon!

The check in process was very smooth, i found it so easy. the location is quiet and away from tourist crowds. It is near asakusa. i could easily walk, take the bus or train to get around. the bus stop is right outside the door, how convenient!
the equipment looks outdated, but it all works fine.

the location is convenient, with easy bus access to asakusa station. you can easily catch a bus to and from the station. this made it simple to explore different parts of the area. i liked this option.

The rooms were clean. I found them warm and cute. the staff speak english well. Communication was easy, even if you don't know japanese. i really appreciated the cleanliness too.
